1. 临界吸附液相色谱   liquid chromatography at the critical condition(LCCC)



配备有自动进样器、步进泵、两根Waters分离柱(Waters C18, 250 × 4.6 mm, 100 Å 孔径, 5 μm 颗粒尺寸; Waters C18, 250 × 4.6 mm, 300 Å孔径, 5 μm颗粒尺寸)和一台紫外检测器,用于分离不同结构和性质的聚合物。


The LCCC system is equipped with an autosampler, a gradient pump (two Waters columns: Waters C18, 250 × 4.6 mm, 100 Å pore, 5 μm bead size; Waters C18, 250 × 4.6 mm, 300 Å pore, 5 μm bead size), and a UV detector. Used to separate polymers with different structures and properties.

2. 分析型SEC   Analytical SEC



配有自动进样器、高效液相色谱泵、三根分离柱(KF-802.5, KF-804, and KF-806)、一台示差检测器(Shodex RI-201H)和一台紫外检测器。用于测量聚合物的分子量和分布。


The analytical SEC system is equipped with an autosampler, P98II isocratic HPLC pump (three Shodex columns: KF-802.5, KF-804, and KF-806), and a RI detector (Shodex RI-201H), and a UV detector. Used to measure molecular weight and distribution of polymers.

3. 制备型SEC   Preparative SEC



配有自动进样器、高效液相色谱泵、三根分离柱(HR-0.5, HR-2, and HR-3)和一台紫外检测器。用于分离不同尺寸的聚合物。


Pre-SEC system is equipped with an autosampler, P98II isocratic HPLC pump (three Waters columns: HR-0.5, HR-2, and HR-3), and a UV detector. Used to separate polymers of different sizes

4. 激光光散射   Laser light scattering



采用50mW Cobolt AB二极管泵浦固态(DPSS)激光器(λ0 = 660 nm)作为光源,配有多重数字时间相关器(ALV-7004),用于测量聚合物的分子量、尺寸和结构因子等流体力学相关参数。


light scattering (LS) spectrometer (ALV/CGS-3) equipped with a multi-digital time correlator (ALV-7004) and a 50mW Cobolt AB diode-pumped solid-state(DPSS) laser (λ0 = 660 nm) as the light source. Used to measure molecular weight, size, structure factor and other hydromechanical parameters of polymers.
